PURPOSE: A connector for fixing a power cable is provided to prevent a device defect and internal corrosion of a control box by improving the sealing force between a control box and a power cable. CONSTITUTION: A grounding ring(120) fixes a grounding layer of a power cable inside a body(110), and a packing member(130) is installed at a rear portion of the grounding ring. A washer(140) is inserted into an external diameter of the body of the packing member, and a tightening member(150) pressurizes the rear portion of the washer. A washer groove(131) is formed at the packing member. The washer is inserted into the washer groove.
