PURPOSE: A target for measuring a tunnel displacement is provided to prevent the measurement fault by minimizing the change of a target. CONSTITUTION: A target for measuring a tunnel displacement comprises: a step of blasting with one target regardless of the formation times of the shotcrete side; a step of preventing the damage of target by the projected target; a step of installing sealing cover corresponded to the thickness of the whole shotcrete; and a step of making the moving space of the target and covering target in the formation of the shotcrete side. A target(100) firstly installed on a first shotcrete side(S1) is stored to the first shotcrete inner side of a tunnel wall side(200) and adjusts the exposed extent.
