PURPOSE: An interior film with the specularity effect, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maintain the fixed hardness of a PVC sheet layer, and to secure the specularity effect by using a PET instead of a release paper. CONSTITUTION: An interior film comprises a protection film layer(10), a specularly processed layer(20), a polyvinyl chloride(PVC) sheet layer(30), a tackifier layer(40), and a polyethylene terephthalate(PET) layer(50). The PVC sheet layer has the hardness of 60~80, and the thickness of 0.1~0.3 millimeters. The thickness of the PET layer is 30~100 micrometers. The specularly processed layer is formed by thermal curing or UV curable resin processing a peculiar surface of the PVC sheet layer.
