PURPOSE: A pillow is provided to induce the fast sound sleep, to prevent the movement in the night sleep and to stably secure the user's respiratory tract. CONSTITUTION: A pillow includes: a head settling portion(12) which is used to place user's head at the upper side of the pillow body(10); and a cervical spine settling portion(14) which is used to receive user's neck bone part around the head settling portion. The cervical spine settling portion can raise its incline from the front part to end part to secure the respiratory tract without twisting the cervical spine and user's head when the user lies down on the pillow. |
