PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluidizing foundation construction method which can supply fluidized soil at a low cost even in the case of an underground structure such as a pipeline, a water channel, and a retaining wall installed over a long distance; to provide a fluidizing foundation construction method which supplies fluidized soil with quality most suitable to the size of a structure; and to provide a fluidizing foundation construction method which can embed an underground structure at a low cost using fluidized soil. SOLUTION: The fluidizing foundation construction method for embedding the underground structure at a low cost using the fluidized soil includes a first agitating process for mixing and agitating soil generated in a construction site and a solidifying material with a hydraulic shovel beforehand to obtain a mixture, and a second agitating process for mixing and agitating the mixture and water by the hydraulic shovel to obtain the fluidized soil.
