PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for tile panel for constructing tile panels easily even if a wall surface or the like of a building or the like is uneven due to dropping-out and break of tile. SOLUTION: In this construction method for the tile panel 1 constituted by fixing a plurality of tiles 13 on one surface of a flexible substrate 11 while each of the tiles 13 is provided with a joint, for installing the tile panel 1 on a backing surface, a reference face which is apart from the backing surface and serves a reference for installing the tile panel is set for the backing surface, and an unevenness adjusting material 25 made of a self-hardening and easily deformable material is provided on proper sections of the backing surface so as to protrude from a face where the rear surface of the tile panel is positioned after installation. The tile panel is pressed in the direction of the backing surface from above the unevenness adjusting material 25 by letting its rear surface oppose to the backing surface to make a surface of the tile panel agree with the reference face and fix the tile panel on the backing surface while the surface of the tile panel agrees with the reference face.
