PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board case and a game machine capable of leaving a trace of cutting of a seal stuck to the board case. SOLUTION: A body part 31 of a subordinate board case 570 forms a housing space A for housing a presentation control board 530 together with a lid 32. A stepped part 33 is formed by the difference between the position of a side surface 31a of the body part 31 and the position of a side surface 32a of the lid 32. The position of an engagement part C where the body part 31 is engaged with the lid 32 is located in the stepped part 33. An end 41 of the seal 40 is stuck to the body part 31, and an end 42 of the seal is stuck to the lid 32. Meanwhile, an intermediate part 43 of the seal is neither stuck to the body part 31 nor to the lid 32. When the seal 40 is fraudulently cut at the intermediate part 43, the seal is divided into two cut pieces to be suck to the side surfaces 31a and 32a. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
