PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly rigid, highly durable stator and a motor equipped with the stator without increasing iron loss and generating a large eddy current at the time of integrating the stator for the motor with stacked electromagnetic steel plates. SOLUTION: The stator 100 is made of a yoke 11 arcuately formed in a plan view, and teeth 12 internally protruded in the radial direction from the yoke 11. The stator 100 is formed stacking the electromagnetic steel plates 1 to form divided cores 10A and assembling them circumferentially. A prepreg sheet 30 is formed by impregnating a thermosetting resin to a member composed of a non-magnetic material, for example a fiber fabric, and is wound around each of the teeth 12.
