<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bulk feeder capable of exhibiting capability of supplying components to a take-out port in short intervals. <P>SOLUTION: The bulk feeder includes: a storage chamber 14; a rotor 40; a plurality of permanent magnets 40d provided on the rotor 40; an arc-like guide groove 13b for storing a component EC1 in a length direction and moving the component to upper part in the length direction; an arc-like supply path 15 for taking in the component EC1 of the length direction and moving through the guide groove 13b through the take-in port 15a and moving it to the upper part in the length direction; and a take-out port 16 opened upward and taking out the component EC1 of the length direction which moves in the supply path 15 and is supplied to the tip of the port. In addition, the center of one magnetic pole of each of the permanent magnets 40d is positioned on a predetermined circular orbit, and the center of the one magnetic pole of each of the permanent magnets 40 moving on the predetermined circular orbit is directed to the inside of the guide groove 13b and the inside of the supply path 15. Further, two planar surfaces FP1 and FP2 exist in a same plane state so as to sandwich the guide groove 13b in the outside and inside of the guide groove 13b in which the one magnetic poles of each of the permanent magnets 40d oppose each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
