<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diffusing agent composition for inkjet printing having higher discharge stability and printability than before, a method for forming an impurity diffusion layer using the same, and a solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: The impurity diffusion layer is formed by the steps of: selectively applying a diffusing agent composition 2 containing a P-type impurity-diffusion component (A) and a diffusing agent composition 3 containing an N-type impurity-diffusion component on an N-type semiconductor substrate 1 such as a silicon substrate; drying, thereafter, the substrate using a well-known means; loading the substrate into a diffusion furnace such as an electric furnace; and firing the substrate to diffuse the P-type impurity-diffusion component (A) in the composition 2 and the N-type impurity-diffusion component in the composition 3 from the surface of the substrate 1 into the inside of the substrate 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
