<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct a speed of a power generating unit without preventing the output of the output of the power generating unit. <P>SOLUTION: A system for modulating a frequency output of a power generator (105) coupled with a distribution network is provided. The system includes a duplex feeding induction generator (105) which is coupled with a power source selected from at least one of waterpower and fuel combustion and provides a power output having a first frequency based on the rotational speed, a controller (117) which selects the rotational speed of the power generator (105), and a converter (110) which is coupled with the power generator (105) so as to change a frequency of the output to a selection value responding to a selection of the rotational speed.
