<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable protecting guide device reducing man-hours for assembly and maintenance by absorbing the impact of abutting contact to regulate a bending angle without using a separate cushioning member. <P>SOLUTION: The cable protecting guide device 100 holding a cable C between a large number of right and left link plates 101 connected in a bendable manner and protecting and guiding the cable C, is adapted to regulate the bending angle by the abutting contact between turning regulation protrusions 110 and turning regulation protrusion fitting parts 120 by turning.
