<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment and an electronic equipment storage rack capable of preventing electromagnetic wave leakage, maintaining air flow, and easily reducing the weight of the equipment. <P>SOLUTION: This electronic equipment storage rack includes a case with an opening formed on the upper surface and a spacer member closing a clearance between the cases piled up in a vertical direction. For this reason, the clearance is closed when a plurality of cases are piled up.
