<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent electrode which improves conductivity of transparent conductive oxide which includes zinc oxide as a principal component and is excellent in humidity and heat endurance. <P>SOLUTION: A substrate with a transparent electrode includes 0.5-10.0 wt.% of either niobium oxide (II), niobium oxide (IV), or niobium oxide (V) as a conductive doping agent in a transparent conductive oxide which includes zinc oxide as a principal component. Further, the substrate with a transparent electrode improves its humidity and heat endurance by including 0.5-3.0 wt.% of silicon dioxide. The substrate with a transparent electrode which is excellent in conductivity, transparency, and humidity and heat endurance are manufactured by making the transparent conductive oxide used as a transparent electrode layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
