<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress such inconvenience that copy becomes impossible because of user's incorrect operation as much as possible by suitably performing notification to the user according to the operational contents of the user for content of which secondary copy is forbidden. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When the user operation is "move", a control unit acquires the number of times capable of copying content to be operated. When there is at least one time capable of copying the content, the control unit designates a GUI indication generating unit to display an alarm that it becomes impossible to make a copy. Upon receiving the designation, the GUI indication generating unit transmits an alarm display screen thus created to a display composition unit and allows the alarm display screen to be displayed on a display. The user can perform a move operation while understanding that it becomes impossible to make a copy or to cancel the move operation by viewing the alarm display screen.
