PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of information search or information provision concerning an information processing device. SOLUTION: The information processing device includes: an access history acquiring unit which acquires and stores access history information indicating access history for the content accessed by a user terminal; and a relevancy setting unit which relates the accessed contents. As the access history information, the access history acquiring unit acquires content identification information, access date and time information, and application identification information for identifying a content access application making access to the content, which is different for each of the content access applications operated on the user terminal. The relevancy setting unit generates and stores the relevance information while mutually relating the content identification information, based on the access date and time information and the application identification information contained in each of the different contents.
