PURPOSE: By using the memory layer included within the organic light-emitting device, the display device for including the organic light-emitting device, and the driving method and organic light-emitting device drives. The aperture ratio is improved since not including transistor. CONSTITUTION: The first electrode(2a) and the second electrode(2b) are prepared. The light-emitting layer(4) is formed between the first electrode and the second electrode. Organic films(3a, 3b) are in other words formed for the first electrode and light-emitting layer between the second electrode and light-emitting layer. The memory layer(5) is in other words formed for the first electrode and light-emitting layer between the second electrode and light-emitting layer.
