<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid collision of access timing in between terminal devices in which response information is loaded and to possibly suppress degradation in throughput, by accessing again the received response information in its loaded order in a code-division multiple access system, when the terminal device transmits residual information successively after receiving the response information. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The terminal device in the code-division multiple access system randomly accesses a base station; receives an acknowledge (ACK) as the response information from the base station by randomly accessing the base station; and transmits the information to the base station, in accordance with the receiving timing of the response information ACK received from the base station to the terminal device of its own, after randomly accessing the base station.
