PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with mass sales by shortening time for cooling commodities down to a predetermined temperature in initial pull-down or in feeding commodities. SOLUTION: A back duct wind path adjusting part 90 lowers a suction part of a back duct 90b, and a fan air volume adjusting part 91 increases air volume of an in-chamber fan 91b to a specified in-chamber determined by a load control priority identifying part 100 for determining the priority of in-chamber load control, so that the cooling capacity is increased and time for cooling the commodities to a predetermined temperature even when rapid cooling is necessary in the initial pull-down or in feeding commodities, and a controller of a vending machine capable of coping with mass sales can be provided.
