摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an increase in charging time caused by deterioration of a charging voltage due to a discharge preventing diode. SOLUTION: A portable device has a single diode, and a means for monitoring the battery voltage and short-circuiting the diode in accordance with its voltage value. With only this configuration, a decrease in charging voltage caused by voltage drop of the discharge preventing diode can be reduced without application of an excessive voltage to the battery.
