<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information storage medium that can record and reproduce digital animation information; and to provide an information reproduction method, an information recording method and an information reproduction device which utilize the medium. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the information storage medium, an AV file, cell time information, and PGC information are recorded in different areas. The cell time information includes a time code table regarding a video object. The same place in the video object is overlappingly reproducible between different cells in different PGCs. A unit of an address managed in control information to which the cell time information and the PGC information belong is different from that of an AV address defined in the AV file. Information regarding a sampling frequency of an audio signal is contained in the cell time information.
