<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of the conventional fine air bubble generation apparatus wherein, a large amount of fine bubbles is not generated without heightening the feed pressure, causing large noise, increasing power for a pump and a scale of a whole system, resulting in high cost. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A circulation cylindrical lid (200) is provided immediately after the leading out port of the whirling chamber of a whirling type fine bubble generation apparatus, bubbles of large diameters are selectively sheared again.
