PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device of a vehicle, wherein at least one of a plurality of electrical storage devices can be connected to a vehicle load, even when any one of a plurality of voltage sensors, each detecting the voltage of each of the plurality of electrical storage devices, has a failure. SOLUTION: When one of voltage sensors 21A and 21B is abnormal and the other is normal, a controller 30 first completes precharge processing and connection processing of a relay, included in a connecting section (either 40A or 40B) of a corresponding power supply unit, based on the detected value of a voltage sensor 13 and the detected value of a current sensor (50A or 50B) corresponding to the abnormal voltage sensor. Then, the controller 30 completes precharge processing and connection processing of a connecting section (either 40A or 40B), included in the other power supply unit, based on the detected value of the normal voltage sensor and the detected value of a current sensor corresponding to the normal voltage sensor.
