摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call control apparatus and a call control method for effectively avoiding occurrence of a trouble in setting of a call relating to a normal user except for a special user according to these large amount of connection requests caused by large amount of connection requests relating to a predetermined and limited connection destination or a transmission source. <P>SOLUTION: In an individual regulation sufficiency status identifying unit 104, a counting value of connection request reception frequency in an individual reception frequency counting unit 103 is identified whether or not satisfying an individual regulation relating to reception allowed frequency within a predetermined time period to be regulated in every each of plurality of communication parties.
