<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new treatment technology of hydrogen peroxide vapor. <P>SOLUTION: The desiccant cartridge (40) is used for the hydrogen peroxide vapor system, and includes a tubular element defining a desiccant chamber (44) and having an end closure (46) at either end, a desiccant material in the chamber, an inlet aperture (48) defined in the one end closure and an outlet aperture (48) defined in an opposite side end closure, and tubular gaskets (56, 56') surrounding the apertures of the end closures. The cartridge further includes screen elements (50, 50') of respective end apertures for holding the desiccant material (52') in the tubular element (44, 44'), and a removable seal (54) closing the end apertures for preventing humidity from entering a desiccant dryer before the seal is removed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
