摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a solar cell wherein an electrode wire having small width, enough thickness and sharp edges is formed on the surface of a substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method includes: a rear electrode formation step to form a rear electrode layer on the rear surface of a p-type silicon substrate 12 wherein an n-type diffused layer 13 is formed on its front surface; a front electrode layer formation step to form a plurality of grid electrode formation layers extending therethrough in parallel to each other on its surface and a bus electrode formation layer for connecting the grid electrode formation layers with each other; and a baking step to bake the silicon substrate 12. The front electrode layer formation step includes: a step to print a conductive paste to the patterns of the grid electrode formation layer and the bus electrode formation layer on the front surface of the silicon substrate 12 by an intaglio offset printing method so as to form a first electrode layer formation layer 211A; a step to overlay a second electrode layer 212A on the first electrode layer formation layer 211A; and a step to overlap and print a conductive paste on the second electrode layer formation layer 212A by a screen printing method so as to form a third electrode layer formation layer 213A. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
