<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a flat folded condition after being opened and disassembled. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a packaging box, a top plate 1, a pair of side plates 2 and a bottom plate 3 are connected in a square cylindrical shape, and end plates 5 extending from both ends of the side plates 2 and end pieces 6 extending from both ends of the top plate 1 and the bottom plate 3 are stuck together to seal, and when it is opened, the top plate 1 is cut from the end pieces 6 to open. Cutting lines 12a from an intermediate part in the width direction to both bottom corners are made on the end pieces 6 extending from bottom plate 3. When it is disassembled, these end pieces 6 are cut along the cutting lines 12a, and accompanied with this, parts of the end pieces 6 stuck on the end plates 5 are separated from the bottom plate 3 and are folded. When folded, as they can be made twofold by returning back the bending of the end plates 5 from the side plates 2 without receiving the influence of the bottom plate 3, a large repulsive force does not act under a folded condition, and a flat folded condition can be kept.
