<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an annular body connecting tool for connecting another component to a ring (round ring) in which an insertion port having a notch is formed and a ring (double ring) which has double ring in a coil shape and whose front end forms the insertion port of a component connecting ring used for an accessory or the like. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The annular body connecting tool for connecting the round ring or double ring of the connecting ring used in an accessory or the like with another component includes: a rod-shaped setting portion which is formed in such a shape that a plurality of cylinders of smaller diameter are piled up stepwise on a cylinder of larger diameter for fixing the round ring or the double ring, has a cross-section from which almost the half circle is cut off, and has a wedge-like recessed portion in a position of a ridge line where the cut-off wall surface and a cylinder side surface cross each other and the round ring or the double ring is retained; an insertion device used for spreading and opening the insertion port when setting the double ring to the rod-shaped setting portion; and a fixing portion for vertically fixing the setting portion.
