CATALYTIC COMBUSTION THERMAL ENERGY DISTRIBUTION METHOD IN ENAMELING MACHINE AND DEVICE THEREOF

<p>A catalytic combustion thermal energy distribution method in an enameling machine and a device thereof are provided. A circulating fan (30) is provided on the middle area of a furnace body (10). An organic waste gas inlet (21) is arranged on the front area (11) of the furnace body (10). A first catalytic chamber (20) is arranged above the organic waste gas inlet (21). A hot gas distributing chamber (40) is provided at the side of the first catalytic chamber (20). The first catalytic chamber (20) is connected with the hot gas distributing chamber (40) through the circulating fan (30), and circulating hot gas derived from catalytic combustion is sent into the hot gas distributing chamber (40). The hot gas distributing chamber (40) is connected with the front area (11), the middle area (12) and the rear area (13) of the furnace body (10) through a front duct (41), a middle duct (42) and a rear duct (43) respectively.</p>
