The binding has a passage-enclosure arm including a tread spur that resides in contact with a passage during stamping down of the tread spur by the passage up to a free end of the passage-enclosure arm. The free end is influenced in a narrow channel that is provided at a rear passage-outline, where upper edge of the free end drives the free end of the passage-enclosure arm until the free end arrives to a dead center position between forced resulting ends of a traction unit (4) and a ski. A protection element (3) includes rotational axis in a specified distance to a ski surface.
