PURPOSE: A right-angle drilling tool and a right angle cutting method using the same are provided to maximize work efficiency by forming a hole on the surface to be drilled without curve. CONSTITUTION: A right-angle drilling tool comprises a spherical right-angle correcting rotary ball(40), a ring-shaped holder(35), and a plate. A cylinder-shaped drill guide hole passes through the center of the right angle correction rotation ball. The right angle correction rotation ball minimizes the contact of the surface. The right angle correction rotation ball is rotatably inserted on the annular holder. A curve is formed in the inner side of the holder. The holder is combined in a round drill insertion unit.
