<p>A clean vertical type heat-recovery coking oven,comprises of oven roof system,carbonization chamber coking system,fume flue and chimney system,oven base system,coal-loading fume recovery system and coking oven accessories,which characterized in that:in carbonization chamber coking system,combustion chambers locates on both sides of carbonization chamber, carbonization chamber connects with combustion chambers via the upper smoke-guiding holes set up on the top of both side walls of carbonization chamber,the lower smoke-guiding holes are set up on both sides of mixing chamber located on the bottom of carbonization chamber.It is combustion chamber between upper smoke-guiding hole and lower smoke-guiding hole, combustion chamber consists of many vertical flues,the upper side of which are set up with upper smoke-guiding hole,the lower of opposite side of which are set up with lower smoke-guiding hole,the positions of upper smoke-guiding hole and lower smoke-guiding hole of adjacent vertical flue are interlaced.</p> |
