PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation evaluating device for a crane, with which an operator can sufficiently consider both of maintenance of accuracy and contents of the work of a crane and which can reduce the cost of the crane work as a whole. SOLUTION: This operation evaluating device for a crane 100 includes: a display device 10 displaying predetermined data; each of detectors 2, 4, 6a and 6b for detecting the state of each part of the crane 100 and a fuel meter 8; and a data control section 12 which leads a first fuel economy index for analyzing a fuel economy efficiency of the crane work performed during the time from the last start of an engine 109 to a stop thereof by a stopping operation and a first work index for analyzing contents of the crane work based on the data detected by each of detectors 2, 4, 6a and 6b and the fuel meter 8 after operating to stop the engine 109 and which displays the led first fuel economy index and the led first work index in the display device 10.
