PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a woven fabric decorated resin product suitable as a body component of an automobile, a motorcycle, or the like, and the woven fabric decorated resin product manufactured by the method. SOLUTION: At least two transparent sheets are prepared, and each of the transparent sheets is preheated and pressurized in a die so as to be preformed. A woven fabric sheet formed by weaving transparent or semitransparent thermoplastic resin filament in a fiber bundle of carbon fiber and/or synthetic fiber is preheated and pressurized in a die so as to be preformed. As for the two transparent sheets and woven fabric sheet which are preformed, the two transparent sheets are overlapped in arrangement to hold the front face side and rear face side of the woven fabric sheet respectively, and both are united with each other by heat pressure molding in the overlapped state to complete the woven fabric decorated resin product.
