PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable water-in-oil type emulsified cosmetic exhibiting an excellent feeling of use by compounding a volatile oily component having a high volatilization rate. SOLUTION: The water-in-oil type emulsified cosmetic that has high emulsion stability and preservation stability and gives a smooth, adhesive and refreshing touch to the skin comprises the following components (A) and (B): (A) a highly volatile oily component comprising a chain-like silicone oil or a hydrocarbon oil; and (B) a polyoxyalkylene-organopolysiloxane alternating block copolymer.
