PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording system capable of reducing the dripping of ink in an inkjet recording apparatus upon loading and unloading of an ink cartridge. SOLUTION: Case protrusion parts 214a, 224a are protruded to the outer side (the right direction in Fig.45(b)) than the protrusion tip of an ink supply part 120 and, therefore, even when ink attached to the tip of a needle 49 hangs down as an ink drop or flows down from the ink supply part 120, the ink hanging down can be accepted on the faces of the ink supply part 120 side of the case protrusion parts 214a, 224a.
