<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage preparing apparatus which can prepare a beverage of a large capacity while constituting a beverage extractor as compact as possible, and to provide a beverage dispenser equipped with the beverage preparing apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: This beverage dispenser includes: the coffee extractor 2 which has a cylinder 23, and carries a beverage extracted in the cylinder 23 to the outside while filtering the beverage by filters P and 72; a raw material feeding apparatus 3 for feeding a raw material to the cylinder 23; a hot-water feeding apparatus 4 for feeding hot water to the cylinder 23; and a control apparatus 7 which controls the coffee extractor 2, the raw material feeding apparatus 3 and the hot-water feeding apparatus 4. The raw material and first hot water of specified amounts are fed to the cylinder 23 at the time of the preparation of the beverage by the control by the control apparatus 7.
