<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature measuring system measuring a temperature distribution on a place having a plurality of heat radiation parts with an excellent accuracy by using an optical fiber. <P>SOLUTION: This temperature measuring system has: a temperature measuring device; a lead-in/lead-out part 17 where an optical fiber 24 connected to the temperature measuring device is laid; a temperature measuring part 240 where an optical fiber 24 in succession to the optical fiber 24 in the lead-in/lead-out part 17 is laid reciprocatively from a first area having no heat radiation part to the plurality of heat radiation parts 16 respectively; a first reference temperature acquisition part 18 formed by laying an optical fiber 24 in succession to the optical fiber 24 in the temperature measuring part 240 on a second area; and a second reference temperature acquisition part formed by laying an optical fiber 24 in succession to the optical fiber 24 in the first reference temperature acquisition part 18 up to the lead-in/lead-out part 17 through the first area.
