The holding member (100) has bodies (120, 130) rotating together with the mounting shaft (14), an operation section (140) mounted to the bodies (120, 130) so as to be movable in the axis direction of the mounting shaft (14) and to be able to be rotated about the mounting shaft (14) relative to the bodies (120, 130), an elastic member (170) for urging the operation section (140) in one direction along the axis direction, a clutch mechanism for preventing relative rotation between the operation section (140) and the bodies (120, 130) when the operation section (140) is held at a predetermined position by elasticity of the elastic member (170) and permitting relative rotation between the operation section (140) and the bodies (120, 130) when the operation section (140) is moved from the predetermined position against the elasticity of the elastic member (170), a reel member (160) mounted to the bodies (120, 130) so as to be rotatable about the mounting shaft (14) and having the cord-like cutting members (4) wound and held thereon, and a transmitting means for rotating the reel member (160) in response to operation for rotation by the operation section (140).</p> |
