The element (2) has three L-shaped planar bilateral elements i.e. panels, arranged such that the bilateral elements are mutually perpendicular to each other and form a block-shaped sub region. The sub region is formed as an anchoring region (13) for fastening support elements (3-5). The sub region adjoins another sub region at three perpendicular sides, where the latter sub region is designed as a retaining region (10) for retaining the support elements. Two of the sides include openings (14, 15) i.e. slits, and form a limit stop for the support elements.
