PURPOSE: A stirrer is provided to stir a hot rice with the high viscosity without waiting to cool the hot rice, and to maximize the taste of the rice. CONSTITUTION: A stirrer comprises the following: a supporting frame(10); a stirring container(20) in cylindrical form, combined to the supporting frame; a stirring shaft(51) combined to the supporting frame to rotate; plural stirring wings(30) in a curved rod shape, separately located along to the stirring shaft; and a stirring wing operator rotate-operating the stirring wings. The stirring container is combined with the supporting frame to rotate. |
