PURPOSE: A cooling apparatus for making baumkuchen is provided to cool baumkuchen rapidly and easily without deforming the appearance of the baumkuchen by organically operating a rotator and an exhaust fan with an adequate number of rotation. CONSTITUTION: A cooling apparatus for making baumkuchen comprises a case(10), a drive motor(40), and an exhaust fan(50). A number of rotators(20) supporting both ends of a core are arranged on both sides of the inside of the case to face each other. The drive motor is installed outside the case and rotates the rotators. The exhaust fan is installed on the top of the case to make the air flow in the case. The case is connected to a duct supplying the external air filtered through a purification device. A blower making external air flow into the case is installed between the case and the duct. |
