<p>Electrical contact is prevented between an Ag back side conduction layer and a joint for connecting a take-out wire and a lead-out wire without causing any cost increase. A solar battery module includes solar battery cells (55) each consisting of a surface substrate, a light receiving side conduction layer, a semiconductor layer, and a back side conduction layer, and has a wire routing structure such that the take-out wires (60, 61) for taking out a current are connected, respectively, with the back side conduction layer, and the lead-out wires (62, 63) for outputting a current to the outside are connected, respectively, with the take-out wires (60, 61), wherein isolation members (59) are arranged, respectively, between the back side conduction layer and the joints for connecting the take-out wires (60, 61) and lead-out wires (62, 63), and the isolation members (59) are formed in polygonal shape, circular shape or elliptical shape having an area larger than the solder wetting region at the joint for connecting the take-out wires (60, 61) and lead-out wires (62, 63).</p> |
