A FINANCIAL EVALUATION OF ELECTRICITY COMPANY ON DSM PROGRAM BY DYNAMIC SIMULATION

摘要

PURPOSE: A method for evaluating profits of a power company of a power consumption managing business by a dynamic method is provided to perform quantitative analysis on operating effects of a consumption managing business of a power company, thereby developing a reasonable consumption managing policy of the power company. CONSTITUTION: A power consumption amount predicting module(21) decides a new SMP(System Marginal Price). A power company simulates the required scale of operating expenses and predicted power sale reduction through general simulation. A consumption managing result evaluation result and power cost reduction are used in intention decision for a consumption managing policy through financial profitability simulation analysis of a consumption managing program.
