PURPOSE: A gunpowder forming system is provided to easily form gunpowder of high viscosity in a vacuum state, thereby ensuring stable forming. CONSTITUTION: A gunpowder forming system(100) comprises a vacuum chamber(110), a forming device(120), a compressor(130), and a drive unit(140). The forming device is installed inside the vacuum chamber. A powder composition is arranged in the forming device. At least a part of the forming device is moved in a direction of compressing gunpowder composition. The compressor device is arranged inside the vacuum chamber and is connected to the forming device in order to apply power to the moving part of the forming device. The drive unit is connected to the compressor device in order to operate the compressor device.
