PURPOSE: An ocher water circulator of a cool and hot blanket and a method thereof are provided to maximize far infrared ray emanation efficiency by applying the ocher water of high concentration. CONSTITUTION: An ocher water circulator of a cool and hot blanket comprises a heat exchange system(30), an ocher water circulator(10), and a control member. The heat exchange system comprises a select valve(400), a heat supply member(500), and a blanket(20). The circulating pump(300) is connected to a transfer pipe(310). The heat supply member comprises a heating module(510) and a cooling module(520). Heat medium circulates in the blanket. The ocher water circulator comprises a precipitation tank(100), a changeover valve(200), and a circulating pump. The precipitation tank comprises a rectifier(102), a precipitation part(101), and a flow part(103).
