<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining method in which thermal deformation is simply suppressed and excellent joined state is obtained when welding a panel-like member such as a roof panel of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: A joining part 103 having a filling space of foamed material 104 formed therein is formed by bending an edge of a roof panel A. The foamed material 104 is filled in the filling space by foaming and curing the resin-made foamed material 104 in the filling space, and the joining part 103 of the roof panel A with the foamed material 104 filled in the filling space is joined with a side panel B through continuous welding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
