A turbomachine (2) includes a compressor (4), a turbine (10), and a combustor (6) operatively connected to the turbine (10). The turbomachine (2) further includes a cap member (34) mounted to the combustor (6). The cap member (34) includes a first surface (35) and a second surface (36). A combustion chamber (48) is defined within the combustor (6). An injection nozzle (38, 39) is supported at the second surface (36) of the cap member (34). The injection nozzle (38, 39) includes a first end (84) that extends through an inner flow path (88) to a second end (86). The first end (84) is configured to receive an amount of a first fluid and the second end (86) is configured to receive an amount of a second fluid. A mixture of the first and second fluids is discharged from the second end (86) of the injection nozzle (38, 39).
