A hinge comprising a hinge mounting 2, a hinge body 3 slidably mounted for vertical adjustment on the hinge mounting 2, a flag assembly pivotally connected to hinge body by hinge pin 26 and a vertical adjustment screw 17 within hinge body 3 and acting on hinge mounting 2. Hinge mounting and body may include inter-engaging protrusions and recesses (34, 35, fig.10) which allow separation of hinge parts and lifting off of a door in areas of restricted height clearance. The hinge may include anti-extraction screw 31 and anti-lift screw (43, fig.10). Adjustment in a total of three axis may be provided. In a further aspect (fig.15-19) a hinge is provided comprising a hinge body pivotally connected to a flag assembly with a hinge pin located in a sleeve and having adjustment means which moves the hinge pin laterally to adjust position of the hinge a compression direction, perpendicular to the hinge pin in the direction of the door opening.
