PURPOSE: An organic light emitting polymer and an organic light emitting device using thereof are provided to change the color of the polymer from blue to white by the appliance of the voltage. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting polymer is poly(fluorene-co-diarylanthracene) including a structure marked with chemical formula 1, polymerized with fluorine and diphenylanthracene by turn. In the chemical formula 1, R1 and R2 are a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group with the carbon number of 1~25, respectively. R3 includes the hydrogen atom, the alkyl group with the carbon number of 1~25, or a tert-butyl group. N is an integer of 1~100,000.
